Yani is one of our two "rescue llamas" who we took in at the end of 2009. We are not sure of his exact age but believe he is around 8 years old. Yani was left unhandled for around 6 years and seems to have suffered from some inappropriate handling methods which has left him very wary of being handled. We are very slowly gaining his confidence and are hoping that one day he will be able to join the others on our walks.
