Book an Experience

Bookings

We suggest that you book your experience well in advance as we do get very busy especially at weekends, throughout the summer and during school holidays.

Please Contact Us to check availability of dates and to make a provisional booking. Let us know which experience you’d like to book, and for how many people.

We will hold provisional bookings for one week, at which time we will need a deposit of a minimum of 20% to confirm the booking.

The balance can then either be paid any time before the day of your experience via the secure payment page below or by cash on the day (we’re not able to take cards at the farm)

To confirm a provisional booking by paying a deposit, or to pay a balance please make a payment here.

We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards for online payments.

If you are kindly wishing to make a donation to our therapy work, please use the donate button on either our therapy page or home page, thank you.

By making a payment to confirm a booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Once we have received your deposit we will send you a full confirmation e-mail with all the information that you will need for your experience including directions to the farm where the llamas are based.

Vouchers

If you buy or are given a voucher, this will entitle you and one other person to participate in the experience stated on the voucher, at a date to be arranged before the expiry date shown on the voucher. All Peak Hill Llamas vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue. Vouchers cannot be used for two children under 16 – anybody under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Refunds cannot be issued for unused vouchers. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Eligibility

Our llama experiences are not suitable for children under 5 years old, unless by special arrangement. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Spectators and dogs are not permitted, apart from assistance dogs.

Health & Safety

We are fully insured and will make every effort to ensure your safety. All experiences start with instruction on how to safely handle the llamas. We are trained in first aid and keep a first aid kit on site, however we are not able to offer professional medical assistance.

We recommend wearing sensible walking shoes or boots, and advise against wearing shorts due to the possibility of ticks being present in areas of long grass. Please be aware that some areas of the farm may be muddy especially after periods of rain.

Peak Hill Llamas shall not assume any liability whatsoever for any personal injuries nor loss or damage to personal property in the absence of their negligence on their part.
